01 · About MCC

A standalone construction firm.

Muaaz Construction Company (SMC-Pvt) Ltd is a PEC-licensed construction firm delivering commercial, institutional, and residential structures across Pakistan. MCC has been active in the field since 2020 and was formally incorporated in November 2025 as a Single-Member Company following the elevation of its PEC licence to Category C3/E.

Our first major third-party contract was the structural retrofitting of 10 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for IMC Worldwide, under the UK Department for International Development's School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme. That work earned MCC its operating credential and set the execution standard we hold every site to today.

What we build, stands.

02 · Leadership

A letter from the CEO.

Dr. Muhammad Hassan Khan

MCC was built on one principle: construction is execution, and execution is signed. Every structure we break ground on carries my personal sign-off — and that sign-off is a commitment, not a formality.

We have been active since 2020, starting with the structural retrofitting of ten government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for IMC Worldwide under the DFID-funded rehabilitation programme. That work taught us how to execute without error against formal quality regimes — a standard we have carried into every project since, including our own City Centre Swabi and the White Palace Events Venue now in build.

I set one non-negotiable standard for every site: I ensure it is built to outlast me. Our reputation is not found in brochures — it is found in the skyline.

I don't just sign off on projects; I ensure they are built to outlast me.
