Muaaz Construction Company works on commercial, institutional and residential construction. The business has been active in the field since 2020. Muaaz Construction Company (SMC-Pvt) Ltd incorporated in November 2025; the company registration and PEC constructor record are presented separately in the credentials section.
An early institutional project was the structural retrofitting of 10 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for IMC Worldwide, under the UK Department for International Development's School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme. This experience sits alongside the commercial and recreational projects in our portfolio.

02 · Leadership
MCC was built on one principle: construction is execution, and execution is signed. Every structure we break ground on carries my personal sign-off — and that sign-off is a commitment, not a formality.
We have been active since 2020, starting with the structural retrofitting of ten government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for IMC Worldwide under the DFID-funded rehabilitation programme. That work gave us experience of formal project quality requirements — experience we bring to projects including City Centre Swabi and the White Palace Events Venue now in build.

Brings postgraduate expertise in construction project delivery, procurement strategy, and contract management from the University of Birmingham. Oversees construction planning and programme management across MCC's portfolio.

Retail-anchored mixed-use developments delivered as turnkey — groundworks through handover. Reference: City Centre Swabi.
Long-span, column-free interiors with integrated landscape works. Current build: White Palace, 1,000-guest venue on 40 kanals.
Seismic assessment and structural rehabilitation for educational and public buildings. Reference: IMC Worldwide / DFID school programme.
Single and multi-unit residential construction, with work planned around the approved drawings, project specifications and agreed inspection requirements.
05 · Portfolio
A self-developed retail plaza in Swabi with 80 shops across two floors. Completed in 2025 and operated by MCC.
An events venue in development on a 40-kanal site in Swabi, planned for 1,000 guests with a column-free main hall. The current target is completion in 2026.
A reinforced-concrete frame structure built for the Fazaia Golf Club at Fazaia Housing Scheme, Tarnol. Driving range on the ground floor, fitness club above, with a semi-basement and a mumty crowning the roof.
Structural assessment and retrofitting of 10 government schools across KP, under IMC Worldwide's DFID-funded School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme. MCC's first major third-party contract.

Incorporation as Single-Member Company, 03 November 2025. CUIN 0314095.
Constructor licence C3/E, number #10218. Valid until 30 June 2027. C3 project capacity Rs. 500 Million. Verify the registered holder and endorsed scope before appointment.
NTN I003337. Check current taxpayer status with FBR when required.
Current documents are available for due diligence. Request credential copies and confirm that the registered party matches the proposed contract.
07 · Process
Intake of the site, scope, and client-supplied structural drawings.
MCC verifies the structural package matches site conditions. Any gaps are flagged in writing before mobilisation.
Contract signed, PEC licence referenced, permits and approvals secured.
Construction to drawing. Material testing, batch records, progress photos archived throughout.
Final inspection, project records and O&M handover, with defects obligations set by the contract.
