White Palace Events Venue

The brief
What we were asked to build.
Build a flagship 1,000-guest events venue on 40 kanals of landscaped grounds in Swabi. The interior must be column-free across the full guest hall — no mid-floor columns to obstruct sightlines, table layouts, or photography lines. Self-developed by MCC end-to-end.
The challenge
What made it hard.
A column-free 1,000-guest hall demands long-span structural engineering — large clear-spans put exceptional load on the perimeter columns, the roof system, and the lateral resistance. Many local venues compromise by introducing intermediate columns or accepting smaller spans; the brief here was to refuse the compromise. The venue also had to integrate landscaped grounds, parking, and arrival sequence on the 40-kanal site.
The solution
How we engineered it.
DQA's structural design uses a long-span roof system that delivers a fully column-free guest hall while keeping the perimeter walls and foundations within efficient load envelopes. MCC is executing the build in staged phases, with structural QC at every pour and steel batch. Landscaping and grounds are being shaped in parallel with the structure to give the venue its arrival presence on opening day.
The outcome
What was delivered.
Currently in build. Targeted for opening in 2026 as the largest premium events venue in the Swabi region. Renders below show the design intent — full photography to follow on opening.
