MCC was born from a refusal to compromise. In this industry, we saw a widening gap between what gets specified on the drawing board and what actually happens on site. I founded Muaaz Construction Company to close that gap — not on one project, but as a standing operating principle.

We have been active in the field since 2020 — beginning with the structural retrofitting of 10 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for IMC Worldwide under the DFID-funded School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme. That work taught us how to deliver against formal third-party quality regimes without error — a standard we have carried into every project since, including our own City Centre Swabi and the White Palace Events Venue now in build.

In 2025, our PEC licence was elevated to Category C3/E, and the company formalised under SECP as a Single-Member Company limited by shares. Every contract we sign is signed by a corporate entity in good standing with PEC, SECP, and FBR.

MCC was active in the field long before its SECP incorporation. Operating under a PEC C4 licence, we delivered our first major third-party contract in 2020 — the structural retrofitting of 10 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under IMC Worldwide's DFID-funded programme.

That track record, and the scale of projects that followed, made the upgrade inevitable. When MCC's PEC licence was elevated to Category C3/E — the threshold at which SECP incorporation becomes compulsory — we formalised as a Single-Member Company in November 2025. The category permits MCC to bid on projects up to Rs. 500 Million per contract across seven specialisation codes, with the engineering authorisation needed for specialised structural retrofitting and long-span work.
