MCC was born from a refusal to compromise. In this industry, we saw a widening gap between the structural engineering on the drawing board and the work that actually happens on site. I founded Muaaz Construction Company to close that gap permanently.

I grew up inside it. My father, Dr. Qaisar Ali, is a structural engineer. For over two decades he has designed the foundations, frames, and long-span systems this country deserves through Doctor Qaisar Ali Associates (DQA). MCC is the execution arm of that lineage. When a structural drawing passes from DQA to MCC, it passes within the family — from the engineer who specified it to the company his son built to execute it. There is no translation loss. There is no outside contractor to manage. The structural intent is the build intent.

We have been active in the field since 2020 — beginning with the structural retrofitting of 10 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for IMC Worldwide, and growing from there. That track record earned us a PEC Category C3 licence, and with it, the obligations of a formally incorporated company. We met every one of them.

MCC has been active in the field long before its SECP incorporation. Operating under a PEC C4 licence, we delivered our first major third-party contract in 2020 — the structural retrofitting of 10 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under IMC Worldwide's DFID-funded School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme.

That track record, and the scale of projects that followed, made the upgrade inevitable. When MCC's PEC licence was elevated to Category C3/E — the threshold at which SECP incorporation becomes compulsory — the company formalised as a Single-Member Company in November 2025. The engineering backbone behind it, Doctor Qaisar Ali Associates (DQA), has been designing load-bearing structures for over two decades.
