Currently not actively hiring.
We don't run a continuous recruitment pipeline. Instead, we hire selectively, project-by-project, as the portfolio grows. Right now, no roles are publicly posted.
That said, the roles below come up regularly. If your background fits any of them and you'd want a conversation when an opening opens, register your interest and we'll reach out:
- Site Engineer (RC frame, retrofit, long-span)
- Project Manager / Programme Manager
- Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer
- HSE Officer
- Skilled Tradespeople (formwork, steel-fixing, concrete)
What we look for
Engineering rigour, site discipline.
MCC's standard is not for everyone. We sign off on every structure personally. We verify materials. We refuse to leave the field with a defect open. We expect the people working with us to expect the same of themselves.
In return: a portfolio worth building (City Centre Swabi, Fazaia, IMC schools, White Palace), direct exposure to DQA's structural design team, and a compounding career inside a company explicitly building for the long term.
