A commercial anchor on the Swabi bazaar corridor. Two floors of premium retail, 80 shops, built as a self-developed project and fully operational.

Fazaia Housing Scheme, Tarnol, Islamabad · Completed 2025

A reinforced-concrete frame structure built for the Fazaia Golf Club at Fazaia Housing Scheme, Tarnol. Driving range on the ground floor, fitness club above, with a semi-basement and a mumty crowning the roof.

Structural assessment and retrofitting of 10 government schools across KP, under IMC Worldwide's DFID-funded School Construction and Rehabilitation Programme. MCC's first major third-party contract.
