BC01
Buildings
Residential, commercial, institutional structures — executed exactly to the structural design.
Services
Eight scopes, one PEC C3/E licence, a single non-negotiable standard. Every service is backed by a capacity cap of Rs. 500 Million per project and a zero-defect quality regime — every batch of concrete and every ton of steel verified before it reaches a load-bearing element.
BC01
Residential, commercial, institutional structures — executed exactly to the structural design.
BC02
Infrastructure that anchors regional connectivity. Carriageways, road structures, bridge components.
BC03 · CE04(v)
Water-retaining and water-conveying structures — including specialist canal and flood-control work under CE04(v).
CE01
Site works, earthworks, foundations, drainage — the foundational civil scope behind every build.
CE09
Gates, valves, penstocks, and the mechanical components of water-control structures.
CE10
Long-span structures, structural retrofitting, seismic rehabilitation, and other engineered scopes outside standard civil work.
—
End-to-end PMC for clients building under their own structural team — programme management, QA, and contract administration.
Across BC01–CE10
Plan-to-handover delivery from a single contractor — structural execution, civil works, and finishes under one accountable line.
PEC specialisations
Pakistan Engineering Council issues civil contractor licences against specific specialisation codes. MCC's Category C3/E licence (#10218, valid until 30 June 2026) covers seven codes:
| BC01 | Buildings & structures |
|---|---|
| BC02 | Roads, bridges, transport works |
| BC03 | Dams, reservoirs, irrigation |
| CE01 | General civil engineering works |
| CE04(v) | Irrigation (specialised authorisation) |
| CE09 | Hydromechanical works |
| CE10 | Specialised engineering works |
How we're different
Most contractors treat structural execution as a downstream of someone else's drawings — and quietly cut margins on materials and quality control to absorb the risk. MCC operates the opposite way. The CEO personally signs off on every project. Every batch of concrete and every ton of steel is logged, tested, and verified before it reaches a load-bearing element. The unseen quality matches the visible finish.
Where to next
MCC is accepting select 2026 contracts. Send us the site, the scope, and the structural drawings — we respond within 24 hours.
