Currently not actively hiring.
We don't run a continuous recruitment pipeline. Instead, we hire selectively, project-by-project, as the portfolio grows. Right now, no roles are publicly posted.
That said, the roles below come up regularly. If your background fits any of them and you'd want a conversation when an opening opens, register your interest and we'll reach out:

What we look for
Engineering rigour, site discipline.
We look for people who communicate clearly, follow the project specification and raise concerns early. Relevant site experience, material knowledge and care with documentation matter.
In return: a portfolio worth building (City Centre Swabi, Fazaia, IMC schools, White Palace), exposure to engineering-led construction work that takes structural specifications seriously, and a compounding career inside a company explicitly building for the long term.
